Christmas Greetings from Afaayo Africa Ministries, Uganda

As the festive season approaches, we are once again presented with the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus, reaching out to vulnerable families within our community.

During the Christmas season, families face a long two-month school break, with the average household having five children. This period brings significant financial strain due to increased expenses on food and utilities. Through our Relief and Sustainability Program, we have been able to serve over 20,000 vulnerable individuals over the past five years by providing Christmas food packages. These packages include rice, maize flour, sugar, washing soap, and cooking oil, not only as a celebration gift but as a much-needed source of relief for families in need—particularly teenage-headed households, single mothers, and the elderly.
